Delete Your Phuzn Account

This page provides instructions for deleting your account and associated data from the Phuzn mobile application, developed and operated by Phuzn. These instructions apply to accounts created through the Phuzn app available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your Phuzn account, you have two options. Please review what data will be deleted and what may be retained before proceeding.

Option A — In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Phuzn app:

Open the Phuzn app

Tap your Profile icon (bottom right)

Tap the Settings gear (top right)

Scroll to "Delete Account"

Option B — Email Request

If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Email support@phuzn.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Delete My Account."

We will process the request within 7 days.

What Gets Deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted and is non-recoverable:

  • Account profile (username, email, avatar, bio)
  • All uploaded videos, photos, and Paths
  • Comments, likes, follows, messages
  • Campfire live session history
  • Authentication credentials

What Is Retained and For How Long

Certain limited data may be retained after account deletion as described below:

Transaction & Purchase Records

Minimal transaction/purchase records retained for up to 7 years for legal/tax compliance (required by law).

Anonymized Analytics

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (cannot be tied back to you) may be retained indefinitely.

Abuse & Moderation Records

Abuse/moderation records (e.g., if the account was banned for violations) retained up to 2 years for safety enforcement.

Backups

Backups may contain your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are overwritten.
