Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

Phuzn has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors is strictly prohibited on our platform, without exception.

These standards apply to every part of Phuzn, including videos, photo carousels, text posts, interactive stories, remixes, live campfires, chat messages, direct messages, comments, profile information, and AI-generated content.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are prohibited on Phuzn and result in immediate action:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, real, animated, or AI-generated
  • Sexualized depictions or descriptions of minors, including in text posts, stories, and AI prompts
  • Grooming, or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes
  • Sextortion, or threatening to share a minor's intimate imagery
  • Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, or solicitation of sexual content from minors
  • Trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material hosted anywhere, on or off Phuzn
  • Using Phuzn's AI generation tools to attempt to create sexualized imagery of minors

3. Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Phuzn, as stated in our Terms of Service. We collect date of birth at registration and block account creation for anyone under 16.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we remove the account. If you believe an underage user is on Phuzn, please report it using the methods in Section 5.

4. Prevention and Detection

  • User reporting: Every user can report content, accounts, comments, and live sessions from within the app
  • Blocking and muting: Users can block accounts and, in live campfires, hosts can mute or remove participants
  • Content review: Reported content is routed to our moderation queue for human review
  • Account enforcement: Accounts involved in CSAE are terminated, and we act to prevent the creation of replacement accounts
  • AI safeguards: Our AI generation features are subject to content restrictions intended to refuse sexualized depictions of minors

5. How to Report

In the app: Use the report option on any video, post, comment, profile, or live campfire, or go to Settings and choose "Report a Problem." Reports can be submitted at any time and are reviewed by our team.

By email: Report child safety concerns directly to childsafety@phuzn.com. Reports involving a minor's safety are prioritized.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States, you can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

6. Our Response

When we identify or receive a report of CSAE, we:

  • Remove the content from Phuzn
  • Terminate the accounts responsible
  • Preserve the relevant content and account records as required by law
  • Report apparent CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline, and to the appropriate regional or national authorities where required
  • Cooperate with law enforcement requests that are valid and legally issued

7. Legal Compliance

Phuzn complies with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including United States reporting obligations for electronic service providers under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. We review these standards regularly and update them as our platform and legal obligations change.
